winter

I can't seem to concentrate on more than one thing at a time and that's why I've been pretty absent. I'm working on an exciting new project which hopefully will debut in a couple months. Yay!

I made these couple paintings to show winter in Chicago and San Francisco. In Chicago, winter is no joke and people are geared up for real. In SF, I seriously saw this lady eating a slice of cake by herself in a restaurant on a sunny day. So winter is more of a state of mind here.

My friend Melinda guest models for OOTD#2. She told me what she was wearing and then I imagineered the rest.

I always wanted to do an OOTD (Outfit of the Day) sketch but I am dressed so crummy most of the time that I didn't want to document that sad reality. But today of all days I'm wearing things that were originally bought new (a rare thing I tell ya).
